In need of inspiration

Today’s trip to Sunlove Home at some faraway place was a pretty fruitful trip. It was my first experience with the intellectually disabled (and I don’t know how to complete my sentence. Loss of words.)

Played chess with Uncle Anthony and I got beaten by him hands down :/ I shall brush up my skills and play with him again the next time I go there for a visit!

Chatting with the patients over there were, well, insightful I must say. Was thinking about some things on my way home and got quite sad :/

Sleepyhead

Had meeting at Clementi early in the morning with the people going to Sunlove Home tomorrow to prepare the props/games. It’s gonna be my first visit to an ID home, can’t wait :D

After that was lunch with David and Kelvin and we met up with the rest to go NCC HQ~ The course briefing was quite interesting, in a weird way. I also don’t know what. I’m really tired now and I’m just typing whatever that comes to my mind.

I want to stay-in in HQ during the course.

I want to sleep.

Veron, me and this staff working at RFSC were decorating this Christmas tree today.

LOL, after putting all those stuff up Veron and I were laughing secretly behind the lady’s back. Cos we were just totally spamming the tree with decorations without taking into consideration whether it is aesthetically pleasing.

But we continued hanging things on it anyway~ Since that lady wasn’t stopping.

Then those elderly singing karaoke all came out and said “WAHHH CHRISTMAS~ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!” HAHAHHAA. There was this uncle who stood right in front of the tree and started singing Silent Night -.-

After decorating the tree I ran into the room and burst into heaps of laughter on the floor HAHAHHAHA. Super hilarious.

The irony is, after everything, some kids ran out and shouted “WAHHH THE CHRISTMAS TREE VERY NICE LEH!” and Jia Hui jiejie also commented it looked good.

I really wanna organise my room.

It’s super messy with piles of things everywhere. My ROD presents from a few weeks ago are still lying at where I put them. Plus my huge bag of uniforms. Zzz.

I’m currently giving out all my softtoys plus textbooks.
I’m only selling my College Physics since I haven’t used it AT ALL. Any interested buyers? Price can be negotiated :D
